In the evenings, this superbly operated eating house, takes on a completely different ambience as diners take advantage of its upper floor restaurant which now boasts an even more intimate look enhanced by soft lights, subtle background music and a distinctly Latin atmosphere.

It is against this wonderful backdrop they can savour the delights of a host of imaginative dishes all cooked and prepared on the premises by highly experienced chef, Carlo and his staff.

Many discerning diners travel some way to enjoy his own specialities which include Sea Bass Casareccia and Penne al Pesto Siciliana.

Among those who have recently dined at The Colosseo, and comlpeted a voting form, is fashion stylist Gok Wan who features in the Channel 4 series How To Look Good Naked.
